A Brilliant Tribe Pathfinder Group Coaching Agreement

A Brilliant Tribe™ (ABT) Group Coaching: Each group call is scheduled for 30-60 minutes. Weekly & Monthly Calls will be scheduled by ABT. Please refer to an ABT Team Member for Group Calls Schedule.

With your monthly subscription/membership you will have reasonable access to our coaches and our team. Call, email, or text us if you ever get stuck, need to get back on track, or if anything comes up that you need help with. We'll do everything in our power to help you get through the challenge(s).

Group Coaching Calls: Some group calls are complimentary, as are ABT platforms such as A Brilliant Tribe Dashboard™,Facebook group, and Messenger. Group calls range from twice a month to weekly and are highly interactive. ABT Group Coaching call durations may vary depending on the type of coaching call (55 min or 30 min).

Messaging: We encourage you to interact with ABT platforms (Messenger) at the end of each week, to touch base, share successes, seek guidance with challenges, etc.

A Brilliant Tribe™ Dashboard: During your time with ABT, you’ll receive exclusive access to the ABT dashboard, which includes coaching call replays and notes. (Note: If you quit coaching, you will lose access to our systems/platforms; however, we email replays and notes to all clients for the period that they were in coaching program.)

Tier Levels:

Pathfinder - $479 Per Month A Brilliant Tribe (unless you’ve registered during a sale promo) Note: For all promotions, the original price will automatically be displayed in your dashboard billing by default, and sale price will be honored at the time of payment processing.
Innovator - $1500 Per Month A Brilliant Tribe | 75-149 units per year
Visionaries - $1500 per Month A Brilliant Tribe | Teams and Brokers (4 Members Included)
Legendary - $3000 Per Month A Brilliant Tribe | 150-249 units per year

Client Agreements:

It is the client's discretion to attend any and all group coaching calls. A Brilliant Tribe™ is not responsible for any refunds regarding missed group sessions.
Clients will complete homework assignments and update ABT Coach® Coaching Board prior to the next call or during a group session. Please ensure any homework assignments have been turned in to the coach.
Notwithstanding the above, you may cancel at any time with 60 days’ advance written notice. Sent to [email protected]
Remember, the future of your business depends on what you do in the present.
If you pause or cancel and wish to rejoin A Brilliant Tribe™ (assuming there is availability at your desired tier level), you will need to pay the current coaching fee upon your return along with signing a new agreement. (See above for pricing)

For 1-on-1 Clients Only:

A Brilliant Tribe™ will assign you a coach that is best suited to your business needs.
You agree to keep your scheduled calls with your coach. A 72-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a call.
Please take note that during the cancellation period, ABT may choose to assign you a new coach.
You certify that any documents you submit to A Brilliant Tribe™ are true and accurate.
You will discuss this with your coach before spending more than $1000.00 (not including items in your budget that have been signed off by your coach) in or on your business ($2000.00 in Innovator).
A Brilliant Tribe™ reserves the right to record any and all calls. You agree not to record any call without written permission from A Brilliant Tribe™.
If necessary, A Brilliant Tribe™ reserves the right to reassign your coach during the course of your coaching. You may request a different coach at any time by emailing our Client Care Specialist at [email protected] and, upon availability, may return to a previous ABT coach.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the federal, state, and local governments, as well as those of the company in which you operate.
You agree to be held accountable and have fun growing your business.

A Brilliant Tribe™ Coaching Commitments:

We will hold you accountable to achieve the goals you have set for yourself and your business.
We will guide you in the establishment of I.S.P.A.R.K. goals and put you on track to achieve those goals.
We will assist you in implementing and achieving your goals with tools and training, networking, and more.
We are committed to your success.
We will refer you only to those services, products, and resources that we feel will help you grow your business and bring balance to your life.

Regarding confidentiality, we kindly ask you not to divulge any information that your coach or the ABT team has given you. This includes any documents, phone calls, and any of our systems.

Disclosure: Forms, outlines, and agreements are examples only. We recommend that you consult with industry professionals and/or attorneys before signing and entering any legal agreements using the outlines we may share or provide during the coaching process.

Your monthly payment will then be processed on or about the day you initially sign up for coaching (your monthly anniversary date) and on or about your anniversary date each month.

Cancellation: Although you’ve committed to 3 months, if you wish to cancel your coaching, A Brilliant Tribe™ will require notice 7 days prior to the next billing cycle or 30 days before the next anniversary date of the following billing cycle. 60-day written notice equals a minimum of one billing cycle.

Call Recordings: All calls are recorded for future viewing. Recordings must be kept confidential, and both you and A Brilliant Tribe™ agree not to share recordings with other parties. Unless requested in writing and agreed to by the coach, calls will be recorded.

Default/Late Payments: In the event of default or failure to bring payment current, A Brilliant Tribe reserves the right to assign to a third-party service for collection.

Release. Coaching client grants the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, transmit, publish, display and otherwise use and promote Coaching Clients name, image, likeness, voice, and biographic information, as well as the taking of and use of photographs, videos, and/or recordings, and property of Coaching clients, including without limitation in connection with the advertising, promotion,and publication in any manner, media, or format now existing or hereafter devised; and to sublicense, syndicate, or otherwise grant third parties any of the rights described herein without any obligation of notice or compensation to Coaching clients.

Coaching client waives any right to inspect or approve any such use and agrees to release and discharge Company, its representatives and assigns, and all persons acting under their

permission or authority, or those for whom they are acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced, as well as any publication thereof, even though such may subject the Coaching client to ridicule, scorn, and/or indignity. This includes but is not limited to any and all of the foregoing obtained in the past, present, or future from any source without limitation, at the sole discretion of A Brilliant Tribe™ or its assignments.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The venue for any action, whether in federal or state court, shall be in Ventura County, California. The prevailing party in any action shall be entitled to recover from the losing party the prevailing party’s reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert fees, and other costs incurred in the action.

Client agrees that the names, information, and materials utilized by the Company shall remain the property of the Company. Client agrees to not, directly or indirectly, disparage Company or its officers, managers, employees, or agents during this Agreement and for two years after.

Payment by Credit Card. If you are paying by credit card, you authorize us to charge your credit card or bank account for all monthly coaching fees payable during the Subscription Term. You further authorize us to use a third party to process payments and consent to the disclosure of your payment information to such third party. Please note that your monthly billing anniversary date is the same date that you signed up for coaching services.
