Session 7: Effective Dialogues for Real Estate Agents
What’s up, everybody? We are now in session 7 of our free coaching, Brilliant Talks, and this time, we talked about dialogues or scripting.
A lot of agents ask, “What scripting is effective to get the deal?” and that is already the wrong mindset, going in.
As real estate agents, whether you are talking to online leads on the phone, past clients through text or direct message, or a neighbor of a newly listed home in person, the mindset for our dialogue isn’t to close a deal, but to build trust and rapport.
Think long-term and focus on building relationships, because, at the end of the day, real estate is a relationship business.
Mark and I walk through several scenarios and show how the conversation should look like, and what type of “dialogue” will work best to help real estate agents thrive in any shifting market.
