Session 6: How to Effectively Generate Leads Online

When it comes to online leads, we often ask two things: Where to get them? How do we convert them?

The first one is easy to answer. Most of our online leads come through Facebook and Google PPC. There are some who enter our CRM through portal sites and reviews, but the bulk of it is really those two.

It’s after you get those contacts that make all the difference.

Instead of asking “How do we convert those leads?” maybe we should reframe the question and ask: “How do we nurture these leads and establish a long-term relationship?

We can give you all the funnels, flowcharts, sources, and sample dialogues, but we need to shift our mindset–think: “build relationships,” not “close deals”–in order to succeed in this shifting market.
