Wow! We are now on our 10th session of Brilliant Talks, our weekly free coaching to help real estate agents thrive in any shifting market. This week, we talked about scripts for “For Sale By Owners," and I was joined by Brian Curtis, CEO of Curtis Realty Group.

When talking to FSBOs, or anyone of your leads really, consistency and giving value is key. The mindset we want to have in approaching the conversation is “How can I help this person sell their home?” 

And of course, as we have said in every episode, it is important to get the close, but not as important as building relationships. Because, at the end of the day, all business is a relationship business.
