Session 11: How to Go Viral On Social Media

Hey, everyone! Welcome to another session of Brilliant Talks, our free weekly coaching for real estate agents.

In this session, we talked about how to use social media for business, and we all know that there are two main things you need to do:

 

  1. Create consistent valuable content
  2. Engage your audience regularly and authentically

 

A lot of us fail at either one or both of these two. We go through some questions you can reflect on in order to find out what could be your social media pillars. We also show our September social media content calendar and go over the four buckets (or superpowers) we use, which we gave the acronym STAY (Sell with a story, Teach, Advice, and You).

Then we discussed our simple engagement strategy: LCM (Like, Comment, and Message).

My friend and Co-Founder of Drunk On Social, Jeff Pfitzer, also joined us for this session to share his expertise on social media marketing.
