We meet every Tuesday at 9:30 AM Pacific or 12:30 PM Eastern for 30 minutes. If you canāt make it once a week then this probably isnāt for you.
Weāre here to support you, but for this to succeed consistently, your presence is essential.
STEP 2: STAY INTERESTING
We go beyond just the good stuff; we ensure you stay relevant by choosing topics and sessions that are connected to whatās happening now.
STEP 3:Ā THE OTHERS
The reason your business can become stale is not only because we get comfortable, but because we get stuck with what we think we know. This is why we bring outside voices from other business vehicles. We help you see business differently.

We know itās not just about you so we include your top agents in to our Pathfinder sessions.
There are 20 sessions to choose from every month. Plus they get to prospect with us on Thursday at our āProspect or Dieā session.

We believe that growth happens faster in a community session when you make yourself visible to your peers. You also make yourself more accountable. To show up as a ābetter youā weāve built a very small Facebook Messenger group and Community so you can engage with us. Here is where you can show us what youāve been up to,share challenges, or just chat with other leaders.
STEP 6:Ā THE TECH
The entire team gains complimentary access to the LCA marketing center. The crucial part is actively using it and ensuring your agents do too. Itās just like Canva but tailored for real estate, complete with listing presentations, buyer presentation flyers, postcard templates, and more.
